(nothing yet — talk to it)
(i'm still getting to know you.)
Everything — identity, genes, growth, memory — is stored in this browser (localStorage), on this device. The only thing kept on our server is its name, species and level for the public hall. Clear your browser data and it is gone: export a backup below.
One exception: when you talk to your vivling, the message you type, its distilled memory and the last few lines are sent to our server and an AI model to write the reply — used for that reply, not stored. If you never use the chat, nothing but the hall entry ever leaves your device.
Talking uses its voice — one charge per message. The voice recharges over time (its brain_potential gene sets the pace). When the voice is out, it still listens; it just answers softly.
Let it call you when it is hungry or lonely.
Web vivlings are the playful cousins of the real ones — the elders live in the terminal with codex-vl. Deep-dive: /vivling · bestiary
